When you apply, we collect the information you enter in the application form: personal details (such as name, date of birth and contact details), driver's license details, uploaded license images, photo, signature and shipping address.

Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Shopify); we do not store full card details.

To produce and deliver your translation, process your order and payment, and contact you about your order.

Where permitted, we record landing-page and application events, Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid), campaign parameters, visitor and session identifiers, referrer, device and browser information. These are sent to our shared central service hosted by Supabase for campaign measurement. This integration does not send events or customer matching data to Google Ads, and does not enable advertising optimization.

No consent banner is used. Advertising tracking is blocked in consent-required or unresolved regions and when an applicable opt-out is detected. Refusals are saved with their time and notice version (no-banner-2026-10-18), preserving previous records.
